What is the 7-Day Checking & Replacement Warranty?
Our warranty allows customers up to 7 days (168 hours) from the date of delivery to inspect and verify that the product is working properly and matches the order placed.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, operational issue, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within the warranty period.
Important Notice for Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives physically damaged, broken, incomplete, or tampered with, please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligible Replacement Cases

The item delivered does not match the product ordered on DealBazaar.pk.
2. Defective or Faulty Product

Conditions for Replacement Approval
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- No signs of misuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
- Warranty seals and serial numbers must remain intact.
- Product must not be scratched, marked, or physically damaged.

- Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.
Non-Eligible Replacement Cases
- Physical damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
- Missing packaging, accessories, or warranty cards.
- Liquid damage, accidents, or power fluctuation damage.
- Change of mind after purchase.
